Description

The HR Executive oversees daily HR operations, addressing employee requests, managing offboarding processes, and advising department heads on HR policies and issues. Key responsibilities include monitoring employee relations, contributing market insights for business strategies, and developing HR policies and talent development programs. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. Additionally, the HR Executive assists in creating induction programs and handles HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage daily HR operations and address employee inquiries on HR policies, rules, and regulations. Oversee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, worker clearances, and documentation. Collaborate with department heads, offering guidance on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures as needed. Monitor employee relations to foster effective communication and improve workplace relationships. Gather market insights and trends to support business strategies. Assist in developing, implementing, and advising on HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance. Design and execute talent development programs to enhance employee performance and skillsets. Support the creation of induction programs for new employees. Maintain accurate employee files, HR databases, and related documents. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports. Provide administrative and clerical support. Contribute to HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Engagement, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. Familiarity with labor policies, employment laws, and related regulations. Proficient in MS Office applications and Power BI. Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player with a pleasant personality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with employees at all levels.
