Human Resource Officer –5.5 day week-Singaporeans only

Description

This role is essential for providing comprehensive HR support to assigned departments and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The Human Resource Officer will collaborate with the HR team and line managers to deliver a wide range of HR services, including performance management, employee relations, training and development, and manpower planning.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide guidance and support to line managers on performance management, employee relations issues, grievances, training and development, and payroll matters. * Participate in leadership meetings and actively contribute to the development of business and operational plans and initiatives. * Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness. * Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning, identifying and addressing any gaps or challenges. * Develop a deep understanding of business and functional needs and objectives. * Analyze trends and metrics to provide effective HR solutions to stakeholders. * Proactively identify gaps in existing HR practices and propose solutions to establish best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. * At least 2 years of relevant work experience in human resources. * Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
