Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled HR professional with a solid background in overseeing various HR functions. This role demands strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to support the development and execution of HR operations that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. * Administer and manage a full range of HR processes, including personnel administration (ensuring proper records management), compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movement (transfers, promotions, confirmations, resignations), employee benefits, and other related activities. * Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, including commissions, incentives, allowances, and reimbursements. * Prepare and submit CPF contributions and Income Tax documents (IR21, IR8A). * Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. * Draft and process various employment-related letters, including contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters, and bonus letters. * Handle work visa/work permit applications and manage overseas quotas. * Support HR projects and take initiative in improving HR processes. * Manage foreign staff, including processing pass applications, renewals, medical check-ups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and liaising with government portals related to foreign employment. * Address employee grievances by counseling both employees and supervisors. * Oversee the Group Employee Insurance plan, ensuring staff movement is updated, cost center charges are advised, and claims are submitted to the insurance company. * Prepare statistical data for government surveys and questionnaires.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR processes, payroll administration, and employee management. * Experience in managing foreign staff and handling work visas/work permits is a plus. * Knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations (IR21, IR8A). * Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. * Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring accuracy in payroll and HR documentation. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve employee grievances effectively. * Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the HR function.
