Responsibilities and Duties

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive clienteling efforts. - Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to achieve growth targets. - Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to reach high performance levels. - Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand standards. - Oversee daily store operations, compliance, and service customization. - Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in retail, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Passionate about luxury retail and customer engagement. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage both people and operations effectively. - Digitally savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
