Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and retain retail staff and supervisors through effective communication, coaching, and performance appraisals. - Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and manpower planning for store operations. - Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards and handling customer feedback effectively. - Analyze store performance reports and implement strategies to achieve sales and KPI targets. - Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and overall store image. - Oversee stock management, including inventory accuracy, product feedback, and stock replenishment. - Ensure compliance with company SOPs, HR, safety, and operational policies. - Collaborate with Area Managers and other departments on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma in Retail Management or a related discipline. - Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in retail operations managing both staff and supervisors. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Passionate about fashion retail with a strong customer focus. - Flexible to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
