- Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with the sales team and customers. - Work independently while aligning with management’s direction and strategic objectives. - Stay updated with fashion trends and maintain a strong fashion sense. - Possess sound knowledge of retail operations and business. - Train promoters and enhance visual merchandising standards. - Understand the market landscape, competitors, and brand positioning. - Oversee retail operations, including supplier liaison and merchandising. - Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Customer service oriented and results-driven. - Willing to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays. - Salary will be based on individual experience and qualifications.
