- Maintain high standards in retail operations, customer service, team management, and sales planning. - Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and take responsibility for their implementation. - Manage the store budget by monitoring sales performance, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability. - Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and business goals. - Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement, drive sales growth, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury retail. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude. - Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
