This role seeks a highly motivated and innovative Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for blockchain products and services within a fast-paced blockchain organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase product awareness, cultivate a thriving community, and drive user engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote blockchain-based products, services, and solutions. * Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with project objectives. * Lead community-building initiatives on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other relevant online channels. * Engage with community members to foster a loyal user base, address their concerns, and stimulate ongoing interaction. * Organize and participate in community events, "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) sessions, and online discussions. * Create compelling content, including articles, blog posts, videos, podcasts, and social media updates, to educate and engage the target audience on Web3 topics. * Collaborate with community managers to provide timely and transparent updates, facilitate AMAs, and disseminate regular product information. * Work with designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials. * Manage and expand the brand's social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging Web3 social platforms. * Monitor social media trends, platform developments, and competitor strategies within the Web3 ecosystem. * Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. * Utilize analytics tools such as web analytics platforms, on-chain analytics dashboards, and social listening platforms to understand user behavior and assess campaign impact. * Coordinate with external partners, including advertising networks, public relations firms, and Web3 ecosystem partners, to expand brand reach and enhance credibility. * Stay informed about industry regulations, cryptocurrency advertising policies, and relevant compliance standards to ensure adherence. * Proactively manage potential risks, address reputation management issues, and maintain the brand's integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications or Business Management. * 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least one year specifically focused on blockchain or Web3 technologies. * Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and Web3 products and services. * Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including web analytics platforms, SEO tools, and social media management platforms. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. * Knowledge of community management best practices on Web3 platforms and social channels. * Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
