Sales & Marketing Executive

Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company within the manufacturing/production industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the welding consumables market, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and manage a strong network of customer relationships within the Singapore welding consumables market. * Generate new business leads and expand sales within a designated territory. * Conduct market research and leverage existing client relationships to develop positive testimonials and references. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities. * Conduct customer satisfaction visits to assess needs and identify areas for product improvement. * Provide comprehensive sales and marketing support, including presentations, technical guidance, customer briefings, product training, and participation in market events. * Foster strong working relationships with distributors, dealers, agents, and stockists to optimize marketing initiatives. * Plan and execute strategic branding and promotional activities, such as seminars, product demonstrations, roadshows, and trade exhibitions. * Engage in discussions with companies involved in offshore oil and gas exploration to explore potential sales opportunities. * Respond to technical inquiries from engineers regarding welding consumable specifications and project details.

Qualifications and Requirements

**Requirements:** * Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the welding consumables or industrial equipment sector (prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory). * Ability to start work immediately or with short notice.
