Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms to effectively engage target audiences. Key duties include creating compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials, while managing social media presence and community engagement. The role also involves supporting SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve search rankings, assisting with brand-building initiatives, and tracking campaign performance through data analysis and reporting. The Marketing Executive will identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to boost brand visibility.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels to effectively engage target audiences. * Content Development: Produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and promotional materials. * Social Media Oversight: Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent posting schedules, community interaction, and performance tracking. * SEO & SEM Implementation: Support the execution of SEO and paid advertising strategies to drive website traffic, improve search rankings, and maximize ROI. * Brand Support: Contribute to brand-building efforts, ensuring messaging remains consistent and aligned across all marketing channels. * Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics and overall brand performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives. Maintain and update daily Sales Tracker and Customer Database. * Partnership & Collaboration Management: Identify, coordinate, and manage partnership opportunities, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution. * Strong content creation skills for social media, email, blogs, and promotional materials. * Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies. * Experience in social media management and performance tracking. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.). * Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. * Ability to collaborate with teams and manage external partnerships. * Creative with attention to detail and consistency in branding. * Knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus.
