Description
The Assistant Project Administrative Manager will oversee the daily administration of the site office and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, subcontractors, and third-party service providers, as well as coordinating with suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries. The role also involves monitoring project insurance, performance bonds, and warranties, handling direct hire workers and dormitory-related duties, and managing the rental car schedule for drivers. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support the project’s administrative needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the daily administrative tasks of the site office. Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and third-party service providers. Coordinate with internal and external suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries. Track the expiry dates of project insurances, performance bonds, and warranties. Assist with activities related to direct-hired workers. Oversee workers' dormitory-related tasks. Coordinate with a rental car company to schedule drivers. Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
A recognized degree in any field. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry. Contract-based position.
