Restaurant Assistant Manager / Restaurant Supervisor

Description

Our client, a prominent food and beverage group in Singapore, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor to join their operations team. This role will be integral in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to ongoing transformation projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, maintaining excellent service and hygiene standards. * Lead and train staff members, fostering a high-performing team and a positive work atmosphere. * Implement strategies to drive sales through effective operational execution and upselling techniques. * Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience. * Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and handle cash transactions accurately. * Create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for daily operations. * Assist in planning and executing events, including providing menu recommendations. * Ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies. * Generate reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of five years of experience in the food and beverage industry. * A minimum of two to three years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity. * Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A customer-focused attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
