Responsibilities and Duties

* Report directly to the Restaurant Manager regarding daily operations. * Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a delightful dining experience. * Meticulously set up the restaurant for opening and maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area. * Possess a thorough understanding of the menu to provide informed recommendations and promote food sales. * Engage proactively with guests, anticipating their needs and conducting quality checks throughout their meals. * Address inquiries and concerns professionally, aiming to exceed guest expectations. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. * Adhere to food hygiene and safety protocols, contributing to a safe dining environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in guest relations or a similar field. * Basic knowledge of cocktails is preferred. * Must be willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Experience in a hotel or fine dining setting is a plus.
