Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement customer service protocols to enhance guest satisfaction. - Oversee menu rollouts and ensure alignment with brand and quality standards. - Optimize daily operations, workflows, and staff efficiency for seamless service. - Establish and enforce SOPs for operational excellence and compliance. - Conduct regular audits to uphold hygiene, safety, and quality regulations. - Analyze sales data and drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability. - Manage costs effectively through efficient procurement and labor planning. - Supervise inventory control and minimize wastage. - Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to build a high-performing team. - Create structured career development and performance evaluation programs. - Partner with marketing teams for campaigns that enhance brand engagement. - Identify business growth and outlet expansion opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven F&B managerial experience. - Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills. - Excellent communication and team development capabilities. - Experience in pre-opening or hospitality operations is an advantage. - Ability to maintain brand standards and service consistency.
