The Project Manager (Hotel) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of diverse IT projects, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations, managing resources, budgets, risks, and project quality while fostering innovation and customer-first solutions. Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables * Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets * Identify and secure necessary resources (human, financial, technical) for successful project execution * Conduct risk assessments and develop robust mitigation strategies * Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance for efficient execution * Monitor project progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions for deviations * Manage change effectively through structured change management processes * Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, address impediments, and make timely decisions * Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and leverage Agile principles where appropriate * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements * Conduct post-project evaluations, document lessons learned, and oversee formal project closure * Act as primary contact for all project communication and updates to stakeholders * Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and secure buy-in * Foster collaboration across all parties and promote open dialogue * Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization * Apply procurement and contract management processes for external resources * Analyze complex information, identify patterns, and provide clear direction to the team * Foster transdisciplinary collaboration and manage conflicts within teams * Negotiate resources, manage scope changes, and ensure project objectives are met

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus * Minimum 5 years experience in IT project management with successful delivery of complex projects * Experience with Oracle Property Management System; Opera is an advantage * Proven track record in Agile environments; Scrum, Kanban experience; certifications preferred (PMP, CSM, SAFe, PRINCE2) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills * Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work in fast-paced environments
