Description
We’re seeking an adaptable and experienced Culinary Supervisor to serve as the crucial link between central kitchen leadership and various dining outlets. This role ensures that kitchen standards, practices, and quality benchmarks are consistently upheld across all locations. You’ll be expected to work hands-on across outlets, provide team guidance, monitor operations, and maintain top-tier kitchen functionality. Responsibilities and Duties
*Act as the main point of communication between outlet teams and senior culinary management *Ensure all culinary standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines are consistently applied across outlets *Oversee sanitation, kitchen hygiene, and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment *Train kitchen staff monthly to reinforce SOPs and improve kitchen efficiency and performance *Rotate between outlets based on operational needs and provide support where it’s most needed *Monitor day-to-day kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflows and service excellence *Help manage outlet performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization *Participate in weekly leadership meetings to align on upcoming plans, staffing, and improvement areas *Mentor new team members and support their growth and integration into the outlet teams *Monitor and manage staff rosters, transfers, overtime, leave, and other HR-related aspects *Lead and conduct performance reviews and evaluations for kitchen staff *Uphold all company policies and ensure compliance with kitchen safety regulations
Qualifications and Requirements
*A Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred *At least 8 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with exposure to multi-outlet supervision *Strong spoken and written English communication skills *Familiarity with Microsoft Office for basic documentation and reporting *A positive, proactive, and team-first attitude *Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments *Willingness to take on rotational shifts and work across various locations as needed
