Business Analyst (Hotel - F&B Specialist)

As a Business Analyst, you will understand and translate business needs into effective IT solutions for F&B environments, ensuring alignment with company strategy, enhancing value, optimizing processes, and supporting system integration, configuration, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities and Duties

* Conduct in-depth business need analysis and engage stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and processes * Apply Design Thinking to explore user needs, ideate solutions, and prototype concepts * Identify strategic opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation * Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews * Translate high-level business needs into detailed, testable requirements, user stories, and use cases * Configure and maintain F&B applications such as Simphony, Sevenroom, Aigens Kiosk, EATEC * Provide day-to-day operations support, troubleshoot system issues, and minimize downtime * Coordinate system integration, upgrades, patches, and module implementations with IT and vendors * Maintain documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, data models, and UAT plans * Analyze existing processes and recommend optimized future-state processes * Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and IT teams to engineer sustainable solutions * Liaise with business units and IT teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and support UAT activities

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA a plus) * At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role * 3–5 years’ experience in F&B environment (Simphony Cloud experience advantageous) * Experience in F&B system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration * Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Waterfall, or other project methodologies * Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality, or Casino systems advantageous
