Lead the Business Unit talent agenda for corporate and operational colleagues supporting the business’s growth aspirations. This role involves establishing workforce plans, managing talent pipelines, supporting leadership development, leveraging global tools like the IHG Academy, embedding a high-performance culture, and providing HR expertise across the BU. Responsibilities and Duties

* Establish workforce plans and identify talent requirements to support BU growth * Evaluate talent pipeline health and determine gaps for operational and corporate leadership roles * Map out and lead the talent planning cycle engaging HR operations teams * Support leaders in developing and accelerating diverse talent into critical roles * Champion proactive talent management, performance, and inclusive culture initiatives * Provide insights on talent health in collaboration with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition * Act as the primary interface between BU and Global Talent CoE for feedback and insights * Promote hotel career development using global tools and IHG Academy offerings * Embed high-performance culture and manage the performance cycle across the BU * Lead and provide guidance to the BU Talent Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or similar; CIPD or equivalent professional qualification * Extensive experience in HR Generalist or Talent COE roles, partnering operational stakeholders * Strong knowledge of IHG HR systems, policies, and processes * High business acumen, change management, and issue resolution skills * Proven ability in talent and performance frameworks, project management, and relationship building * Analytical mindset and well-developed IT skills to leverage data for insights * Experience managing indirect reports or area leads * Commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices
