Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction - Make final decisions on service and operational matters - Manage restaurant profitability including staff scheduling and inventory control - Provide leadership, coaching, and on-the-job training to the service team - Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards - Handle ad-hoc operational duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality - At least 2 years in a similar managerial capacity - Strong leadership, coaching, and managerial skills - High attention to detail, resourceful, and strong work ethic - Business acumen with ability to manage restaurant financial performance - Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
