Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, scheduling, and cost management - Monitor income, expenses, and implement cost control measures - Prepare and submit sales, food cost, and labour cost reports - Maintain equipment and outlet maintenance - Manage and enhance customer service and experience - Handle customer feedback professionally - Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals - Conduct staff performance assessments and capability development - Ensure adherence to company quality, hygiene, and safety standards - Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and quality control

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B restaurant management - Hands-on operational experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership and people management abilities - Able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
