Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage profit & loss, budget, and forecasts to meet business targets. - Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. - Conduct cost analysis and performance reviews to improve store operations. - Supervise food safety and operational standards to ensure a comfortable customer environment. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with professionalism. - Drive operational excellence by supporting the organization’s service culture. - Plan manpower scheduling and manage staff leave effectively. - Participate in hiring, counselling, and disciplinary actions for team members. - Lead, train, and supervise supervisors and service staff for optimal manpower utilization. - Handle store administrative duties and support Senior Store Manager as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the F&B industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational and management abilities with a focus on team motivation. - Singaporeans only.
