Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets. - Ensure accurate processing of all financial transactions, including cash, credit, debit, and voucher payments. - Stay updated on menu offerings, promotions, and business strategies to drive store sales. - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently to avoid shortages. - Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards. - Analyze store performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement. - Recruit, train, and develop store staff to uphold service quality and operational excellence. - Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure positive customer experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in F&B or retail operations. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to drive performance and exceed store sales goals. - Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for advanced leadership opportunities. - Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays for events
