* Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and overseeing onboarding. * Develop and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events. * Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networking sites, social media platforms, and talent databases, to identify suitable candidates. * Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices to develop effective recruitment strategies that meet current market demands. * Use data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and achieve measurable hiring outcomes. * Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop customized talent acquisition strategies. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address both current and future hiring needs, ensuring the organization is prepared for growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification. * Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
