Restaurant Manager

This position offers an opportunity to lead and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service and quality. You'll be responsible for supervising the front-of-house team, managing customer interactions, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operational Supervision: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring staff provide excellent service and maintain quality standards. - Manage guest seating, service flow, and table management for optimal guest satisfaction. - Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the premises. - Team Leadership and Development: - Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and runners, fostering teamwork and productivity. - Monitor staff performance, conduct training, and provide coaching to improve service and operational standards. - Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and labor cost management. - Customer Service and Satisfaction: - Ensure food and beverage items are served promptly, accurately, and at the highest quality. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues promptly. - Inventory and Compliance: - Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. - Management Support: - Work with the management team to implement promotions, special events, and menu changes. - Provide assistance to the restaurant manager with administrative tasks and operational reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
