We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to lead our cleaning team. This role involves guiding and motivating our staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment. You'll be responsible for organizing daily activities, providing training, and upholding our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and organize the daily tasks of the cleaning crew, assigning duties and tracking progress. * Educate new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety rules, and company guidelines. * Evaluate completed work to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks. * Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining a detailed inventory. * Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews for cleaning staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Significant experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory cleaning position. * Comprehensive understanding of cleaning methods, products, and equipment. * Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines. * Adaptability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in cleaning management is a plus.
