After a successful Home-based Business, NBCB's Founder Tommy decided on opening NBCB's Flagship store in Orchard Central. NBCB aims to be the local choice of burgers and represent Singapore as a SG Born and Bred Burger chain.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food quality. * Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. * Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. * Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. * Drive sales and profitability through effective promotions and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Passion for food and excellent customer service.
