Responsibilities and Duties

* Support development of marketing strategies and integrated campaigns for consistent brand positioning and increased visitorship * Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, and PR platforms * Collaborate with creative and media agencies to produce impactful campaign assets and content * Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI * Contribute to creative conceptualization and storytelling through video, written content, infographics, and interactive media * Work with consumer insights and digital marketing teams to analyze trends, behaviors, and conversion data * Provide strategic recommendations based on research to improve marketing efforts and achieve KPIs * Collaborate on pricing strategies and promotions competitive for key consumer segments * Manage and optimize marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3–6 years of marketing experience * Strong knowledge and experience in tourism industry or destination marketing * Analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively individually and in groups * Critical thinker and creative problem solver * Strong project management skills with attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously
