Description
The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers and managing incoming phone and email inquiries. The role involves coordinating with customers to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of enquiries, processing class registrations, invoicing, and payment receipts. The clerk will also correspond with existing customers via phone, text, and email, coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, and perform various administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist walk-in customers and manage incoming phone and email inquiries. Communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries. Handle class registrations, process invoices, and manage payment receipts. Correspond with existing customers via phone, text, and email. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed. Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese. Skilled in MS Office applications. Experience in tuition or enrichment centres is a plus. Available to work on weekends (excluding public holidays). Minimum qualification of O Levels or equivalent.
