Description

Your role is to support the efficient operations of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while ensuring the satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners. As the Team Leader - Communications Centre, you will oversee the smooth and effective functioning of the Communications Centre within the Rooms Division, managing the hotel's telephone operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support the efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. Ensure employee, guest, and owner satisfaction. Oversee the smooth and effective functioning of the Communications Centre within the Rooms Division. Manage the hotel's telephone operations efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
