Responsibilities and Duties

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming experience. - Assist with luggage handling, room escorting, and guest movements. - Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. - Handle loyalty programme enrolments and VIP guest arrangements. - Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and room changes. - Arrange transportation services, including taxis and airport transfers. - Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and driveway area. - Communicate guest requests promptly and effectively across departments. - Uphold safety, security, and proper handling of guest belongings. - Support colleagues during peak periods, events, and special occasions.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Service-driven mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - Physically fit to handle luggage and guest assistance duties.
