Hotel Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

- Support daily operations across departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Recreation, and Engineering. - Manage and lead staff to ensure service excellence, compliance with brand standards, and operational efficiency. - Translate property and guest satisfaction goals into action plans for the team. - Review guest and employee satisfaction results; implement strategies to address improvement areas. - Oversee team scheduling to align staffing levels with guest occupancy and service demands. - Handle guest feedback, complaints, and recovery processes professionally. - Monitor financial statements, sales reports, and performance metrics to ensure profitability. - Conduct Quality audits and ensure adherence to property and brand standards. - Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. - Conduct one-to-one staff meetings at least twice a year to ensure engagement and alignment. - Perform operational tasks as needed to support team productivity. - Complete additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience, with managerial exposure in hospitality or related operations. - Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and financial performance metrics. - Ability to lead diverse teams with confidence, energy, and professionalism. - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Proficiency in operational and financial reporting. - Proven ability to adapt to changing guest needs and service requirements.
