Description
This role provides courteous and efficient guest services, handle guest requests and complaints, ensure room security and safety, up-sell hotel services, and maintain professional communication with hotel personnel to enhance guest experience. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient service, complying with guests’ requests - Handle all telephone calls promptly within three rings - Be familiar with all room types, rates, and availability; up-sell where possible - Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints according to procedures - Write glitch reports when necessary - Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures; encourage use of Safe Deposit boxes - Provide guests with accurate information on hotel facilities, functions, and local attractions - Maintain professional relationships and effective communication with hotel personnel
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum O-level - Able to perform rotating shifts - Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong public relations skills - Previous hospitality experience and Opera system knowledge advantageous
