Description

This role seeks a highly experienced Senior HR & Admin Manager specializing in talent acquisition, interviewing techniques, employee handbook development, contract administration, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable history of successful recruitment across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. This position requires someone capable of effectively managing HR operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the HR function across multiple geographical locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain and develop a current Employee Handbook, outlining organizational policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities. * Advise employees on policy interpretation and address employee relations issues. * Guarantee that all HR practices adhere to local legal regulations in each operating country. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records. * Manage daily HR operations, encompassing payroll administration, benefits management, and leave tracking. * Administer the organization’s benefits programs, ensuring employees are well-informed and correctly enrolled. * Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including scheduling, reporting, and managing correspondence. * Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and industry standards in each operating country. * Consult with legal counsel to address any compliance concerns or disputes. * Develop initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and performance management. * Manage training and development programs for staff across various regions, ensuring consistent employee development opportunities. * Manage employee onboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition and integration into the organizational culture and work setting. * Prepare and maintain employee documentation, ensuring accurate and timely processing. * Oversee the creation and management of employee contracts, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and organizational policies. * Manage recruitment campaigns, which include job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and selection procedures. * Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates. * Conduct interviews and assessments for all levels of positions, confirming alignment with organizational culture and specific job requirements. * Lead and manage the complete recruitment cycle across multiple countries (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam), with a focus on proactively sourcing top-tier talent.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the capability to work effectively across diverse cultures and regions. * Familiarity with HRIS software and recruitment tools. * Experience managing administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits, and leave administration. * Demonstrated ability to headhunt and interview candidates across various job roles. * Experience with employee contracts, handbooks, and HR policies. * Thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulations in each of the specified countries (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam). * A minimum of five years of experience in HR and Administration, with specific experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across Southeast Asia.
