Human Resource Executive

Description

This role provides comprehensive support to the human resources department, focusing on onboarding, record maintenance, benefits administration, training coordination, event organization, and general HR support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Support the employee onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation activities. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR information systems. - Provide support for benefits administration, training coordination, and other HR-related tasks. - Organize company events and employee engagement activities. - Prepare HR reports and provide support for various HR initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - At least two to four years of relevant professional experience. - Proficiency in labor laws, standard office software applications, and HR information systems.
