Guest Service Executive

Description

The Guest Service Executive oversees daily operations and property maintenance while delivering excellent hospitality. Responsibilities include managing check-ins/check-outs, handling guest inquiries, conducting room viewings, and coordinating maintenance work. You will conduct property inspections, manage incident reports, ensure compliance with safety and fire regulations, and support community events within the property.

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the property, ensuring a hospitable environment for guests. Provide exceptional hospitality services, managing check-ins/check-outs, guest inquiries, and maintenance requests. Conduct room viewings for guests requesting room changes and update documentation in the property management system. Roll out housekeeping rosters and coordinate maintenance work with contractors. Assist with daily property maintenance, including basic fixes, inspections, and supervision of scheduled maintenance (e.g., air-con servicing, electronic door lock reprogramming, landscaping). Manage incident reporting, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of incidents and maintenance tickets. Ensure compliance with safety, building, fire safety, and CERT regulations. Support community events held within the property.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field. At least 2 year(s) of experience in student hostel / serviced office operations management. Experience in property / facilities management or front desk would be advantageous. Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills. Service-orientated with pleasant disposition. Experience in using MS Office. Candidates who is able to start work immediately or on short notice would be preferred.
