The Senior / Guest Service Executive collaborates closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous, timely, and personalized services to guests, addressing complaints, requests, and enquiries tactfully while ensuring all hotel services meet guest preferences and maintaining professional communication with all hotel personnel. Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with Assistant Manager to ensure courteous and timely guest services * Respond to guest complaints, requests, and enquiries tactfully * Understand guests’ preferences to provide personalized services * Stay well-informed about hotel facilities, functions, and tourist information * Maintain professional and courteous communication with all hotel personnel * Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors diligently and professionally

Qualifications and Requirements

* O Levels or equivalent * Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills * Experience not required; fresh candidates welcome
