Description

The Guest Service Executive will assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the Front Office Department. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Supervise Guest Service Agents, Communications Officers, Cashiers, and Bellmen to ensure smooth running of the Front Desk. * Provide excellent guest services to all visitors making enquiries at the Front Office counters. * Escort VIP guests to their rooms and introduce room amenities. * Monitor room availability closely to meet operational needs. * Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring comfort throughout their stay. * Provide concierge services to guests during their stay. * Perform other Duty Manager responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or other recognised local training institutions. * Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the hotel industry. * Strong customer service skills, with proven ability to handle large group check-ins and check-outs.
