* Customer Service: Welcome customers as they enter and offer support throughout their shopping journey. Address inquiries related to products, services, and promotions, while providing personalized product recommendations to enhance their experience. * Sales and Transactions: Help customers choose products, facilitate purchases, and accurately process payments, including cash and credit transactions. Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. * Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the range of products and services available, keeping current with promotional events and sales. Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. * Merchandising and Inventory: Aid in stocking and organizing merchandise on shelves while monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Ensure that product displays are tidy, organized, and visually appealing. * Administrative and Operational Tasks: Keep the store clean and well-organized, supporting opening and closing procedures, including cash register balancing. Adhere to company policies and security measures to prevent losses.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. * Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. * Basic math skills with the ability to accurately process cash transactions. * Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
