Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to guide business unit leaders in making well-informed strategic decisions. * Conduct thorough evaluations of strategic concepts and their related financial assumptions, offering practical solutions. * Support management operations by performing administrative and clerical tasks and coordinating with other departments to provide project support, contributing to the organization's objectives and profit targets. * Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance control and accountability across all departmental functions. * Communicate effectively, maintain strong organizational skills, and manage time efficiently to perform duties successfully in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Active participation in the strategic planning process, including the development and execution of business campaigns. * Proficient negotiation and presentation skills for clear and effective communication with various stakeholders. * Understanding of audience engagement strategies and other business support functions. * Capacity to identify and understand key stakeholder relationships, needs, and interests and coordinate with them regularly. * Ability to gather feedback from diverse sources and analyze and present the relative merits of different communication platforms. * Ability to develop and execute organizational business campaigns and enhance both campaign awareness and visibility.
