Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest. This pivotal role involves guiding our team, managing resources, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining adherence to all relevant regulations. You will be the driving force behind our service standards, from organizing staff schedules and procuring supplies to managing guest reservations and resolving any concerns.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functionality. * Lead and manage all restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies while minimizing waste. * Monitor and analyze the restaurant's financial performance, implementing strategies for profitability. * Ensure the restaurant operates in full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and operational regulations. * Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient labor costs. * Oversee the ordering and receiving of all necessary supplies and ingredients. * Manage guest reservations and optimize seating arrangements. * Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is often preferred. * 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership capacity within the hospitality industry. * Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff, vendors, and guests. * A strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. * A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering guest loyalty. * Demonstrated ability to manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, ordering, and delivery logistics. * Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes to ensure a safe environment for all. * Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient operations. * Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. * Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing situations and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively. * Experience in the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performance management.
