Description

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations, managing payroll and tax reporting, handling employee relations and performance management, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining HR records and systems. The individual will also contribute to policy development and process improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Confirm employee adherence to organizational policies and procedures. * Ensure the organization's compliance with governmental regulations, including employment laws, social security contributions, and other relevant legal requirements. * Prepare monthly income tax, social security, and other required contributions. * Liaise with government officials to address and resolve related matters. * Manage the preparation of employee tax forms. * Implement, review, and update organizational policies, employee guidelines, and the employee handbook. * Contribute to the development of organizational policies and regulations. * Manage the preparation, coordination, and arrangement of recruitment activities and interviews. * Prepare monthly payroll and maintain accurate and complete payroll records. * Provide work-related or personal counseling to employees. * Conduct and prepare employee performance appraisals for year-end bonuses and annual salary adjustments. * Generate monthly HR reports as required by management. * Manage employee exit interviews and conduct internal investigations as needed. * Conduct onboarding programs for new staff members. * Develop solutions and proposals to achieve departmental quality objectives. * Regularly review employee attendance records and update leave, medical, and training records. * Revise HR procedures and forms to ensure efficient HR operations. * Prepare and distribute correspondence and memos to all employees. * Maintain and regularly back up employee personnel files and HR system data. * Create custom report layouts by modifying system settings to meet the needs of management or other departments. * Analyze problems and propose solutions to management when necessary. * Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher qualification. * At least two years of experience in a human resources environment. * Resourceful and mature with strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and discretion when interacting with individuals. * Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations. * Computer literacy.
