Description

Lead and manage restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, operational efficiency, team development, and profitability. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist Food & Beverage Manager in managing and organizing the outlet for operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue growth - Monitor and manage financial objectives, including sales, labor, and food cost variances - Plan and execute promotions, activations, and seasonal activities - Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards - Supervise shifts, table setups, hygiene standards, and service quality - Maintain inventory, stock levels, and replenishment of food and non-food items - Conduct briefings and SOP training; ensure adherence to operational procedures - Engage with customers to build loyalty and ensure satisfaction - Implement quality standards including LQA and FORBES certifications - Perform cashiering duties and ensure smooth payment processing - Forecast staffing requirements and manage scheduling, leave, and overtime approvals - Ensure associates comply with grooming standards and workplace safety regulations - Prepare and submit operational and financial reports - Maintain hotel property and facilities; report losses or damages promptly - Undertake other tasks as directed by Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury brand - Proven ability to manage a large and diverse team, with strong leadership and team development skills - Strong operational, financial, and organizational management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of luxury dining standards, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
