Description

This role provides comprehensive support in managing foreign worker employment and general administrative functions. The individual will handle work pass processes, contribute to payroll, manage employee records, coordinate training, handle dormitory-related matters, and provide general office support.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage work pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. * Contribute to the monthly payroll process. * Prepare various HR-related correspondence, such as employment contracts, salary increment letters, and warning letters. * Coordinate employee training, including course registration, renewals, and logistical arrangements. * Manage dormitory-related matters, such as check-in and check-out procedures. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. * Generate daily attendance reports. * Perform other related duties as assigned. * Handle general administrative tasks, including managing emails, answering phone calls, and processing incoming mail.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least one year of relevant experience. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
