They are seeking an experienced **Hotel Manager** to oversee the daily operations of its 90-room premium boutique property in Singapore, including a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant. Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage day-to-day operations across front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), back-of-house, F&B, housekeeping, security, and maintenance. - Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff. - Participate actively in hotel budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. - Maintain high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. - Direct F&B operations, ensuring the successful launch and management of the Vietnamese restaurant. - Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency. - Monitor facility maintenance and security to ensure safety and compliance. - Foster teamwork and a service-oriented culture across all departments.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in hospitality or general management. - Strong leadership with proven ability to manage hotel operations effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff. - Approachable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. - Ability to engage with Chinese-speaking guests is preferred.
