Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery. - Support and assist Front Office operations. - Welcome guests and ensure prompt, professional, and personalised service. - Manage check-in and check-out processes via Opera/Opera Cloud system. - Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B teams for guest satisfaction. - Review arrival correspondence, check room availability, and manage VIP arrivals. - Conduct pre-shift briefings and participate in daily lineups. - Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback with professionalism. - Authorise upgrades, rebates, and service recovery within hotel policies. - Maintain operational records, guest information, and billing accuracy. - Promote in-house sales, upselling, and facilities to maximise revenue. - Ensure hygiene, grooming, and safety standards are consistently met. - Train, orient, and guide staff in hotel service standards. - Inspect front and back of house areas for cleanliness and compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in rooms division with supervisory exposure. - Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Prior experience with Opera / Opera Cloud required. - Service-oriented with strong attention to detail. - Team player with high energy, professionalism, and grooming standards. - Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. - Willing to work shifts, including nights.
