The Spa & Wellness Attendant plays a vital role in the Spa and Club. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the locker room, fitness area, and pool facilities, while also providing guests with orientation for the fitness and locker room amenities. Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that all public areas, including the fitness center, pool, and recreation spaces, are kept clean and organized. * Supply Management: Regularly check and maintain sufficient supplies of cups, towels, and water in the recreation area. * Restroom and Shower Maintenance: Keep the restrooms and showers in the fitness, pool, and recreation areas spotless and well-maintained. * Towel Management: Collect, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures, ensuring they are always available for guest use. * Guest Services: Distribute lockers and towels to guests, providing them with a seamless experience. * Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies, materials, and equipment, and inform your supervisor/manager of any low-stock items. * Guest Assistance: Provide guests with information about available recreation facilities and activities, ensuring they have everything they need for an enjoyable experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Open to entry-level candidates holding a Diploma in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification. * One (1) year of relevant experience * Demonstrates curiosity and interest in the luxury market, with a guest-centric approach and an understanding of guest preferences. * Possesses a friendly disposition and strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. * High standards of hygiene are essential.
