Telesales cum Admin (East) - WC2

Description

This role is crucial for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Actively source new customers through various channels, including cold calling and other prospecting methods. * Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and lead qualification to scheduling appointments, preparing quotations, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing reliable and customized solutions. * Accurately document all sales activities, including leads, appointments, proposals, and closed deals, to ensure clear and organized records. * Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and purchase orders (POs). * Assist in the preparation of quotations and artwork. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the sales team and company objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a strong plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships. * Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively. * A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. * Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales. * Confident and assertive communication style with the ability to overcome objections and build trust with clients. * A strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
