Outlet Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

- Plan and manage staff rosters to optimise manpower and meet operational needs. - Maintain team discipline and performance through clear leadership and communication. - Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Finance departments to align operational goals. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct audits, and implement improvement measures. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and manpower regulations. - Support recruitment, training, and development of frontline staff. - Prepare and analyse reports using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools. - Promote digital transformation by adopting POS and HRIS platforms (Infotech experience preferred). - Manage tenant acquisition by identifying and engaging potential F&B tenants. - Work with stakeholders on lease agreements, space planning, and tenant mix strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in F&B operations with multi-outlet oversight. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Skilled in manpower planning, scheduling, and labour cost management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and digital systems. - Experience with HRIS platforms such as Infotech preferred. - Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking staff. - Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Well-networked in the F&B sector, capable of recruiting talent and sourcing tenants.
