Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist F&B Manager to oversee restaurant operations - Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks - Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests - Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep of restaurant - Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient service - Demonstrate a positive working attitude - Handle and supervise a team of 4–8 service staff - Provide in-house and on-the-job training to staff

Qualifications and Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry - Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills - Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays - Ability to commit additional hours during staff shortage or events - Proficiency in POS ordering system - Familiarity with Italian cuisine and beverages (advantage) - Candidates with lesser experience may start as Outlet Executive
