Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. - Lead, train, and motivate the service team. - Handle staff scheduling and performance. - Work closely with the kitchen for smooth coordination. - Manage stock, ordering, and cost control. - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. - Handle customer enquiries and feedback. - Monitor sales and help improve revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 5 years of F&B management or supervisory experience. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control. - Passion for local food and customer service.

Working hours

5 days work week. Closed on Mondays

- Bonus will be given on CNY period, amount will be dependent on performance - Staff meal will be provided. 1 if working 1 shift, 2 meals if working full day 30 mins per meal time - 11 days annual leave for first year - 14 days annual leave 2nd yr onwards - 14 days MC every year - Hospitalization, maternity leave etc all as per MOM laws apply - Taxi fare claimable if leave after 1130pm if OT needed
